Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect your name, company name, email address, mobile number, pickup and delivery locations, number of stops, type of goods, approximate size or weight, delivery date, delivery frequency and any additional information you provide.
If you use the NHM Logistics Assistant, we may process the questions and enquiry details you enter. The initial assistant uses predefined service information in your browser. Enquiry details are sent only when you submit them through the quote form or a future enabled enquiry feature.
How we use information
We use information to assess delivery requirements, prepare quotations, communicate with customers, arrange accepted services, respond to questions, improve our website and maintain appropriate business records.
Analytics and website measurement
We may enable privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand website use, landing-page performance, lead activity and chatbot engagement. Any analytics service will be configured separately. This site does not currently hardcode an analytics account identifier.
Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers that support website hosting, form processing, communications or delivery operations. We share only information reasonably required for those purposes, subject to appropriate arrangements. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and business information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, meet operational or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also choose to contact us directly by email instead of using the website form.
